Saw links once to downloadable programs for artwork that can be use for avitars but cant find them now.  I know there are several out there that work better than basic Paint, but whats the best I can get for free running MS WinME?

Seems to be a good idea but shows error msg on opening and the desktop icon is different from the one the help file says is the new version.  Guess I'll keep looking.
