Saw this also -- on both my plane and the one I'm chasing.
I also had the guages appear in front of the clipboard will raising / lowering in the cockpit of a yak.
Don't know if this is a bug or not, but the clipboard would just appear and disappear instead of dong the smooth transition from minimized to normal when selected in a number of aircraft: spit 5, a6m5 (green zero), and a couple of others.
