Geforce 4 440 with bad frame rates

I am at his house right now just played ace with frame rate of 50 on this geforce 4 I am surprised. You want to email him to work everything out? I am going to surprise him with an agp card to not a bad one eith. Atleast I can do for a guy who would do anyhting for any one just has money problem right now. What is agp vc?
