F8 views will not work!

When in a Shore battery, ship gun, tank cannon, my F8 view no longer works. When I try to enable it, it appears to go to a back and down view, and is not adjustable.

I tried to reinstall the game, but no change.

Reinstalling the game does not clear the "settings" folder, which could be where the problem is.  Rename the "settings" folder when you want Aces High to act like a new installation.
