You seem to have a serious comprehension problem thud.

The teacher thought it was a problem and took it to the admin that also thought it was a problem. The admin took it to the police who also thought it was a problem. The police contacted the secret service that seemed to conclude it wasn't a problem.

Where was the secret service "intervention" again? Nobody heard about it and decided to step in. The secret service was not monitoring high school art classes. Some teachers and police officers expressed enough concern to alert the secret service.

i do not agree.

they shouldnt be ignored
they should be lead by their family
They should be able to have a speach about their opinions and they should try to explain whats their point of view.

They should speak about their ideas with other and they should feel free to speak.

Post-columbine, this is simply how it works. If the teacher or admin does nothing about it, and something bad comes of it or someone gets offended, then they're diciplined/sued/fired - take your pick. The police getting the secret service involved seems like overkill on their part, but all I know about the situation is what I read in the article.
