just saw the guy leaving the hospital on tv. They say he'll make a full recovery! 4 in the brain!!!!!!!! 2 just barely missed his brain stem they said.

The guy fell from the rafters unto another guy holding the nail gun. The nailed guy was trying to grab the nailee to keep from falling, and as they did the balance dance, the gun made repeated contact with the nailed guys head. Or, the nailed guy tried to nail the nailee's wife, who knows?

Even if you used a stick to hold down the foot and pulled the trigger those things don't have enough power to penetrate a skull from more than a few feet away.. Nails lose velocity and stability quickly launched from nail guns..

Besides... hard to get even a 2 foot group out of em at 5 yards.

Wow... way to completely misread the situation. This gentleman was not killed. What we can take away from this is that we need to impliment a 6 nail limit on nail guns. This seems to be the maximum nonlethal limit.

MT is absolutely right we use Duo-Fast tools and there is no way that an unaltered gun would have done that. irrespective of model or mfg. year.
