depends how much u wanna spend...

I have an Antec 300 watt running:

Asus A7N8X
1gb DDR 400
ATI 9800 PRO 256
1 80gb sata
1 6gb ide drive  (antique)
CDRW
DVD
4 case fans

No problems at all, though I wouldn't put anything else into this box

The Antec power supplies are good

At Newegg an Antec Tru330 is $46, a Tru430 is $67, and a Tru480 is $76.  Pesonally, for such a small price difference I wouldn't scimp on something as important as a PSU.  With new video cards already drawing 100w, smaller PSUs don't leave much room for future upgrades.  of course, I haven't heard if the current PSUs will be compatible with the upcoming BTX cases/mobos.
