We are the only Canadian team left... We'll have the entire country watching.

er... which means... it'll be about as many people as the whole entire state of California! :D

San Jose vs Tampa Bay would be a disaster for the league. At least Calgary would have a huge Canadian draw. I know you like your team, but San Jose vs Tampa Bay would not be the desired match up the league wants, no one will watch it.

I have already lost a pack of smokes and a lunch in these playoffs.  Funked, as hard as it is for an Edmonton fan, I have to pull for the Flames.

As an Edmonton fan I must not vote on the evil team to the South so you'll have to take the tickets from Nash.

Cheap seats?

they all cheap in Calgary...  pick a game, cept when Montreal, Toronto, or Edmonton are in town, you can get tickets for likely under $40 each...

Toronto... bah...  I bet next season is already sold out...

Sharks in 5. The Team to beat were the Aves. Now that we've sent Foresberg back to Europe this series be should easy.

Sharks are high odds to win, not even worth the bet.. $100 bet just to win $140......

Sharks vs Aves made me some nice cash, and highblood pressure when we lost that 2nd overtime.

Just read a city vs city comparison.

San Jose pop.  925,000       Calgary pop. 951,000

*** the "bay area". :)

Yes, but we have more guns.

City limits are arbitrary.  If you go 50 miles out of SJ to the N or NE, the population density doesn't really change.
If you go 50 miles out of Calgary in any direction, either sasquatch eats you or you end up tied to a tree squealing like a pig.

OK, Gman and Nash are takers.  I'm going to have to end the betting here, as I am not that rich.
Thanks in advance for the tickets.  :D

PS Mark Smith rocks.  Very tough guy.  Not a goon, though he'll drop the gloves if he has to.  Just a very tough, skilled player.
