Beta 28 Bugs - Bomber damage

When I:

- get radiator damage in a bomber formation (Ju-88)
- loose both engines
- ditch the plane by CTRL-E-E-E
- switch to the new bomber
* heat gauges are broke showing the last heat setting from the damaged bomber.
