Please..HTC crew make sure the ..

JOIN PILOT command is DeFault to text..and not default to BIGASSS GREY POP SCREEN in the middle of my dogfight..

It really suks..especially when you have influxes of new guys.. I know..I get more then the rest...all of the ..Fist names on the Join list guys hate this crap.

Is there any reason it is not defualt to text instead of defualt BIGASSGREY Screen.??

anyways...i cant wait for Ah2 TOD!!!!...kikasssssss

I agree, While I do not get many "Join requests"
I usually regect the ones I do unless its a squaddie
I think the default should be text as opposed to BAGPPS
Or at least have it so once you set it to text..it STAYs there.
I can see how this would be a big annoyance

rather than have a join request, why not do 'request crew' instead?

like:-

.request furball

So the person flying asks for the person to join.

possibly, but to request crew the person being asked has to be in tower, or it doesnt work.

So no more join requests popping up center screen in middle of dogfights.

When I request a gunner, I am usually too busy to type or read chat window. I would prefer to click on a popup when my gunner has requested joining me...

...that being said, a smaller popup that shows in the upper left corner of window might be in order - say...similar to popup you see when GV supplies are dumped out for you and you are motionless in your crippled Tiger. The SUPPLIES window pops up and you click what you need...

So... a small popup window in upper left corner that says "XXXX requests join" ? Also, maybe we can restrict requests to only our squad members in the MA ?
