Hey Germans out there - Need Help
« on: May 20, 2004, 07:16:50 PM »
Hey, need some help from any of you German AH'ers out there if you can.

Do any of you have or know of an address or a contact where I might track down the veterans orginazation for JG 54 "GRUNHERZ" or some of the individual pilots of grounds crew.

Our squadron would like to get in contact with them and maybe start a link with them.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Tks.

It was very interesting to carry out the flight trials at Rechlin with the Spitfire and the Hurricane. Both types are very simple to fly compared to our aircraft, and childishly easy to take-off and land. (Werner Mölders)

Thanks Angus - ! Will give them a call.  :aok

Yea, Ecke - got it in our "LINKS" section on the website. It's a very nice and detailed site on JG54's history - worth reading to anyone interested in the LW. Tks for the heads up anyway. Always on the lookout for new material.
