Hi guys,
On Monday we had an AMAZING turnout at the memorial flight for FoxxBatt. Brian died after a long battle with cancer.
I only had the chance to fly with him for a year, but he was an excellent pilot and a good friend. He even took the opportunity to speak with us via telephone over VOX when he was in the hospital in very bad condition. His main worry was how WE were doing.
Anyway, the BOPS (and AH) have had a rough couple of years and have lost a lot of folks.
I just wanted to thank the folks from all three countries who participated. For those who missed it, it was an amazing site. 89 Goons and a lone P-38 climbed out to 15,000 feet and all dropped troops over a green base. I am sure that 890 troops falling from 15k put quite a load on the server, but it was quite amazing.
We should have some vids or screenshots on the web soon.
