I have had quite an email/message board correspondence with Bruce Gamble who wrote VMF-214 and Black Sheep One.  He can be seen on The History Channel sometimes commenting while they show "Black Sheep Squadron" on Sunday Mornings.

The Annals of Military History forum was started by Dan Ford who wrote "Flying Tigers" for the Smithsonian.  We chat about the AVG the IJN/A, brewster buffalos and other stuff there.
