If I can't locate the field I bring up the roster, highlight the person and then use the 'move to' command which will take me to the base he took off from. Hopefully this will be close to where he's asking for help.

I agree though that a highlight command would be a very useful feature, especially on the very large maps.

It would help if the person asking for the help would give the map coordinates.

Im pretty sure the time it takes to find a base on Pizza is longer than the time it would take to code a dot command.
