Skins....arg!

I make a skin and call it,say, spit51,I go into AH2 offline,hangar,select my skin and Im kicked to desktop right away,What have I done wrong? all I did was open the spit skin in Paint shop pro,paint it,save it,.selct it,desktop.....arg!

JOC, goto Image, Decrease Colour Depth, 256 colours

you must have done something worng. definately. make sure you convert the files (from Photoshop or Paint Shop) like this:

- transform to indexed colors
- amount of colors must be 256 maximum
- save as bitmap non compressed (8bit)
- size of the bit must be 1024 x 1024 8and not 1024x1026 like i did)

try it.
