download manager for AH2
« on: May 27, 2004, 10:46:59 AM »
DL time for AH2 is between 7 and 8 hours here on dialup. ( No DSL or cable available here, so don`t start :D )
I`ve DLed 3 times now to within 10% of a complete download only to be booted from the AH2 download and lost everything.
Anyone suggest a good download manager for this?

I used Download Express when I had dial-up. I used everything from DAP to Getright and didn't like having extra software running just to download. Download Express is a 400k browser plug in. And has a lot of options in it. It uses hardly any reasources and does the same thing as the other ones do. You should give it a look. Click downloads on the left then scroll down to the one below Mass downloader(that is the paid version of the free download express)
