Can anyone tell me why I would get worse FR in AHII when i switched from an Nvidia 3Dforce-4 MX-440 64MB DDR to a Nvidia GeForce FX5700 LE overclocked 256MB DDR with a RAMDAC of 400 Mhz?
Yes I know I suck, other wise youuuuu would be dead so stop bragging.

not familiar with the 5700 card, but 1st thing would be drivers. Did you remove the nvidia drivers for your old card before putting in the new card? And next, did you get the latest driver for your card?

I just switched from GF4-440 MX 64 to FX 5200 Ultra 128. Plays AHII great now, and AHI too.

As bokko said, try removing all Nvidia drivers, reboot, then install newest Nvidia divers.

After that, re-download and install Direct X 9b. Even if you have DX-9 now on your computer, do it again.

Should run like a charm.
