I would like to mention, that H2H squads, though few, are very real.

With the limitations given for H2H games, we generally tend to have 4 VS 4 fights between the squads. -winner getting all bragging rights of course. But once, through luck, we were able to get eleven people into a room.
The limitations for H2H games only help to increase the familiarity with other players. Thus, it is easier to pick the right person for the job, or perhaps recognize your adversary through their favorite plane.
I am personally insulted that I would be regarded as a "12 year old freeloader"
