iEN is the owner of Warbirds.

Here's a quick explanation, it may be wrong.

"Haven't seen or heard about it in ages.. IIRC the smoothing code was HT's, and it was not sold, but licensed to iEN.. who also stopped paying for the licensing rights..defaulted if you will.. When this came up I guess the first thing iEN did was try to send HTC a whole bunch of license payments that must have gotten lost in the mail.. then came out with iEN owns internet gaming because we own smoothing code.. As you can see its scared a lot of people "

There a discussion about it over at AGW.  You can read it here.

HTC will be out legal fees and such. They will probably never be able to recover all the costs of just fighting this suit from IEN much less recieve any compensation for the wrong that IEN has done.

Nail on the head Mrs. Roo... therein lies the problem nowadays with our legal system... you can have very little and sue very big.... but, in the end when you lose, the person being sued loses too, because they can not afford to be lax.

If you sue and lose, you need to be held 100% accountable FOR ALL COSTS.

HiTech might get Mild Pill's  T-28 in compensation.  Which he could sell off and with the proceeds get his own plane "pimped."
