Ok, tried it all.  How do you get to man the airfield ack offline?  I have tried all I know of and no joy.  Can someone give me the instructions?

Go to the set up panel,select field set up, select the button that says "Enable All" then exit the panel, go to that airfield, and select FIELD GUNNER in the hangar, select one of the positions (37mm positions) and select the H button at lower right hand corner.
