Yea 48 minimum is a tad too high for most squads, but in reality, high quality shirts and stuff are very expensive in short runs.  I'd be willing to pay an insane price (in many peoples minds) of about $50 for a real nice shirt....an standard izod <sp> type shirt with a small embroydered name and logo on the front pocket and a nice juicy large logo on the back.  Unfortunately, a good size logo on the back would be unbelievably expensive in embroydery, and silk screening doesnt hold up as well, and is very expensive to produce in small quantities.

Theres no perfect solution.

Hang,

72 shirts is the companies normal minimum.

I can do 48.

So you only have to get 48 Fat Drunk Bastards.   Actually you don`t even need 48.

In the Blue-Nosed Bastards there are about 35 of us. And not all 35 wants one, most do. But it all works out. Some guys want 2 for there wife or kids. And some order 1 1/2. That "half" within a squad helps pay for the order and fills the other slots.

Those few extra shirts can be used for several things. Like giving a few to the Veterans you are close to. Or a few to the guys who can`t afford one. Or even an "in-game" contest or something.

Aces High shirts? No problem. More you buy the cheaper they get. I can do an order of 500 if HT wanted to.

Nuttz,

Are YOU crazy? hehehe

Sorry can`t be done. Too little of an order, and not worth the company time. You would be better off going to the mall for one of those kinds of shirts. This offer is for those who want really nice stuff, and I will be personally working with the WB/AH Squadrons orders.

This isn`t a backyard operation with a few "do-it-yourselfers" in a garage. And this isn`t a cheezy modern "quick-apply" method you find in the mall. This is a top quality professional printing process with LOTS of business. And with all the colors and correct methods used, front & back, at under $20 a shirt, ordering under 50, that is a very good price.

Read what was said in this other thread to help you understand why.

Skybox , I own a silkscreen embroidery company, I was quoting MY prices.
Heres a sample of OUR squad shirts and sweats i made a few years back, I'm well aware of 4 color separations.

Hardly a "garage operation"
Oh and we digitize "in House" all work is "in House"

Well that`s great!

Why didn`t you just say so the first time you posted in this thread?

What`s your website?

We do too much business to take orders that small.

But don`t waste your time trying to prove something to me, use that time to offer your company service to your community.

I`m sure plenty of AH squads would love to order shirts from you.

And hey, I can send you all the small jobs that we turn away. Somebody is going to get the business, might as well be you!
