I think what would be fantastic would be a 'State of the Sim' message from the powers that be.
Just something along the lines of how the sim is developing in comparison to what they thought it would be like a year ago, some idea of they are working on now,  bugs that are still on the board that they know they still have to tackle, a rough outline of what the year ahead might hold for us and maybe more importantly some feedback on the issues being discussed like the ack, icons, strat to be injected and suspected fm issues.

Disclaimer: This is not a complaint, please understand. I would just like to be able to sit down and read some real 'meat and potatoes' kind of news. I try to peice things together from snippets collected from posts buried in many topics. But it's like looking at the clues and wondering (or speculating) on what is occuring...

Swager,Picture this:
Gruppe 2 and 4 with 190's go in low to attack the tanks with 30MM cannons and 1-500lbers.  Gruppe 1 and Gruppe 3 in 109's provide "top cover" for any strays trying to get into the slaughter that the 190's are about to inflict.

Now rip, why would you go attacking your own PZ's like that...those are your guys in the picture aren't they . Realistically it would be bout 8 pz V's with 2 hetzers or similiar with a company or so of ground pounders taking on 2 battalions of screaming meanies with about 40 T-34/85's covered by an air regiment of yak 9-u's and another of bombers. And you'd be up there with probably 4 109's (2 of em with pilots with 200 total hrs or less and a life expectancy of a week)...damm I'm glad this is a sim
