The conditions are as follows:
* single Ar234, no formation drones
*100% fuel
* 500kg x3
* RATOs loaded
On take off, port engine is destroyed as the plane rolls and reaches approximately 80mph.
I'm not sure if it happens only in this conditions, I haven't tested out other loadouts or etc etc. But I was able to reproduce it again and again with the same conditions(because, I kept thinking I did something wrong, and tried to take a single Ar234 up again and again
