If you make an bellybutton out of yourself, it has nothing to do with MrBlack, it has everything to do with you and your choices. And if you are still here, you are not vilolating BB rules.

MrBlack continually viloated the rules here and now he is banned again, based on his actions not anyone elses.

Now go back and re-read Airhead's post. ;)

Airhead didn't blame others for MrBlack's behavior.

Yes he did, he blamed the community in part, which is total BS.

The fault lies with MrBlack, not the "community"

How can you argue otherwise? It does not make sense.

isn't too far off from:

He is what he is and we had the opportunity to be better than that, as a community- and we failed. You want to celebrate that failure? Go ahead, hi five each other and feel good about his demise- but make no mistake about it, we failed as a community as much as MrBlack failed as a member of that community.

I think what Airhead was saying was that banning MrBlack doesn't absolve the actions of others here (even if they haven't been banned).

explain  how that statement is relevent as it relates to a BB member who is banned for breaking the rules.

What Airhead was saying is that it our fault just as much as his, which I cannot ever agree with. Each person here is responsible for their own actions. If you are not violating the rules here, you deserve to stay, if you consistantly vilolate the rules, you make that choice on your own and you deserve to be banned. Can't be more simple.

I've enjoyed a good fight or argument since I as long as I can remember. However, I've usually been able to recognize when I was faced with an unfair fight due to whatever reason and I always tried to avoid a conflict where there was no sport. This was one of those situations.

I don't believe that was the point at all.

so what does any of that have to do with MrBlack violating BB rules and being banned?

It's what he said.

Sorry Sandman, I'm just arguing a point, not attacking you. I like you.

I was only agreeing with Sandman that anyone who engaged Mr Black did so at their own choosing. I'm not making a judgement though I do feel that responding to him in kind was not healthy for anyone.

Saying it takes two to HO in this situation is equivilent to saying it takes two to HO in a car jacking. One is a victom, the other the criminal.

Ah... you're still defending this statement:

Quote
You say the problem is what he "provoked all of YOU to say" , I say the problem here was the person who existed primarily to provoke others.

I didn't get that impression from Airhead's post. So much for my "liberal mindset".  ;)

We can go on and on interpreting it (hell we might both be wrong), but it's probably best to get clarification from Airhead.

Now this is an analogy that I can't follow here. :)

I'm done for the night... enjoy what's left of your evening, gentlemen.
