Couldn't find the other post to bump this.
Today at V11, with a M16 track vehicle using the Baltic map I fell through the world sitting still. I did have one track 'slighly' on a wall of the base. I've also fell through several times while trying to go between 2 hills where they meet and form a "V" shape.
