SATA HD conversion
« on: May 26, 2004, 04:04:01 PM »
found this http://directron.com/rockethead100.html and was wondering if it is a good alternative to buying a new hard drive. My mobo has sata hook up but I don't want to have to buy a new hard drive.

I have been using them for about a year now on my ASUS A7N8X.
I have them set up with two WD 80 gigs in a raid. They work well. BTW they are cheaper and free shipping at Newegg.
