First you need to upload the film to your web server.  Then just use the [ url ] code to point to the file.  For instance - [ url ] www.cs.rit.edu/~pwm5696/film2.ahf   [ /url ] (just take out the spaces), will be a link to video.ahf and IE and Netscape will download it when clicked.
