I bought my X-36 at BestBuy and my X-45 at CompUSA...
But I didn't by any kind of extended warranty. I have had the X-36 since 2000 and the X-45 since 2002. Both still work 100%. Glad I didn't waste my money on extended warranties. Guess I am just lucky and don't beat up my sticks too bad despite daily use.
