AH2 locks up my PC

I just loaded AH2 on my PC. It starts a little slow (it takes a few seconds for the clip board, etc to load), but then it seems to run ok. However when I quit AH2, my PC locks up solid. I have to reboot. AH1 runs fine. Any ideas? Here's what I have -

AMD XP 1800+
256 RAM
GeForce 4 Ti 4200, 128mb
DirectX 9.0b

I can tell you this.....  they are aware of this problem, because i have posted the same situation , as well as some other people have same problem...    the simi fix was to use alt- f4, but this freezes my pc as well, but it does bring up the shut down window , but it still has pop up window that says ah2 is still busy (wait or shut down ) and that window don't work either... it takes.... alt ctrl del... or hard boot from reboot button.....so we see what they come up with for fix, soorer or later..... so hang in there with the rest of us
