Pyro's email address not working..

Twice now I have attempted to send email to the only address for anyone at HiTech listed on the website... Pyro.  Both times the mail has been returned as undeliverable.  The mail was regarding my posting on the "Hardware/Software" board regarding lockup problems with my V3 3500TV (not smoke related, and not fixed with latest patch).  Any info is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
(I wouldn't normally bother anyone personally with this problem, but I am going thru hard core withdrawals.. haven't been able to play for over two weeks now. =)

Info sent, but the strange part is that most of the detailed info was sent in a .dat file as an attachment, rather than just printing it all in the text of the message.... Strange.  Thanks for the responses to my posts.
