AH2 help me!

When I try to run Aces High 2 it gives me the message "Your video adapter does not support Hardware T&L. It will not be able to run Aces High 2. " afetr clikcing ok to settings. I have an
NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 Pro video card so it says. Does this mean i will have to buy a new video card to run aces hgih 2? Do i need to upgrade something else perhaps. Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you have Direct X 9? If you don't you will need it.

Direct X 9.0b

I installed direct x 9 and it made no difference...may not be the problem i dont think..can anyone think of anythign else?

Upgrade your video card a "NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64 Pro" don't have T&L.

MOTD in the main arena mentions that TNT cards will have a problem with AH2.
But then again... who ever reads those MOTDs.

Sorry, havnt been to main arena and read that...so my video card wont work...hmm ok..i just got a paycheck and i really love Aces High soo does anyone know of a good card i can get that will run aces high 2 sufficiently?
I read some previosu posts and they said a Ge Force 4 Ti 4600 would be a good card. Im 17 yrs old and dont know much about computers so installing this kind of stuff seems impossible as well lol. I found one on ebay for around 75 dollars and am thinking about buying it. Does anyone know if i would be able to install it in a 3-4 yr old compaq presario? People have been telling me this computer is difficult to upgrade ): Any help would be appreciated for the n00b (:

I am using the GeForce 4 4800 TI 128mb ram. yeah I know it's slower than the 4600 (No idea why they made a slower card and called it 4800, could be because of the AGP8x capability)....oh well. but works well, frame rates could be better, (50 - 70) but other than that it's a good card, and for the price of zippo I could not pass it up    :aok
