mossie damage

There are a few damage bugs with the mossie.

Fuel tank leaks don't show up in the list sometimes.  Several times i've been set on fire but there is no fire, not even any smoke.  Not even the con saw any sign i was on fire.  No sign of it until one of my wings pops off about 10 secs after i was damaged.


I've been flying the mossie a lot in beta and although i don't have anything to back me up but other than my own experience i believe the mossie sets on fire too easily.

I've lost count of how many times i've been set on fire in beta.  A couple of days ago I had 2 fuel tanks set on fire @d600 from an a6m.  Was surprised he hit me let alone what  damage he did!:eek:

there was an issue with fuel hits and fires - mainly with the P47s that was corrected in the last patch:

Fixed a bug causing the P-47's and probably other planes to take the incorrect type of damage when hit.

Perhaps the mossie was one of the "other planes". I flew it almost as much as the jug in AHII, but didn't notice this.

It's a sweet ride in AHII (if you watch out of the stalls)

Bump!

Just had it happen again with pei this time.

He landed hits on me, all i had was a fuel leak + streaming white fluid.  10 secs later i blew up.

Also out of 5 sorties first flown (the ones i wans't vulched on runway:) )  3 of them i was set on fire, 1 i lost a wing and the above happened.  

I really believehere is something amiss with the mossies damage model.
