wow, nice.  Is there a restriction keeping that dark line on the dorsal from extending over the nose?

drediock, what kind of frame rates at max settings do you get in ah2?  I am looking at getting a 5200.

Depends. I can get as high as 70 and occasionally as low as 12. and there doesnt seem to be much in the way of ryme or reason for it

But cant go by card on that though as I know others with better cards And some with different make cards altogether who are having the same issue with unstable framerates. and I know others with the same card as me that are doing just fine with it.

In AHI my framerates are pretty stable running from 60-75 FPS(even in the furriest of furballs and smoke) with occasional  swings to the 80's and occasional but rare dips to the 40s But honestly unless Im specifically looking at the numbers when this happens I dont even notice it.
In AHII prior to the release of beta 19 I(I think) I was running a VERY stable 65-75 fps.
Then when they released whichever beta it was that addressed the ATI cards it started going haywire and at one point was so bad the game was unplayable with framrates only in the teens  ALL the time.
That has improved considerably with the more recent Betas and with them the stability. but it has a ways to go yet.

All in all though with the card itself Im quite happy with it.
Neither me nor my son have found a game it had problems with or where the quality or playability was lacking even with all details set on full

interesting.  Have you jacked up the antialiasing?  My g3 ran at 50-75 (refresh stopped) then I put antialiasing up to 4x and it went to a steady 22.  2xaa 36 fps. I have a much faster system than you though.  Thats why I think I need to upgrade, even with 4x I should be getting better than 22.
