As previously reported
My sons system has his base (field grass, runway, strat dirt etc) constantly "redrawing".
Ie the floor rendering divides its self into 3 or 4 parts and then wipes and redraws those parts constantly............
This occurs even when all sliders are to "performance"...........
Yet this does not occur on my lap top which (apart from CPU) is considerably more challenged..............
Seems strange that a vid card of 16MB should outperform one of 128MB so I am wondering if this effect is a bug related to the radeon card.
