skerry kerry was for email spam before he was against it but is for it again as he receives a buttload of money form spamming his internet nerd supporters but will be against again if you elect him as the grand pubar, then he will instruct goron to close this loop hole in his invention...

So if I put my name on a do not spam list, I can expect to get more spam? Hmm. This hasn't been the case with telemarketers and do not call lists. So, what is it about the net that will make it more likely to backfire? Is it so difficult to track an email to it's source/originator? Difficult to enforce because of international considerations? What's the deal?

its a baby task, problem is that SPAMming is regular bussines in US. The only one who could reduce it, fight it are ISP and they will never do it, since spammers are they costumers.

Plain and simple.

So soccialist, communist and ultra naziz all around the world did join and they provide spread conspiracy

US doesnt need RBL running by goverment, not list of all possible emails. The only one thing US need is some Law and Institution, whitch will check how ISP fight spammers between their costumers and whitch could "blame" ISP if they do not remove spammers from their networks.

Thanks for the info lada. It now seems to me to be more of a comsumer issue then a legislative one. Maybe we're just going to have to out the pressure on our ISPs.

ISP stand between spammer and vicim, they have all they to need to track it in real time and stop it imidietly.

All they need is motivation to do it. ISP are paid by spammers and vicims.

But it will not be so easy. Because you will force ISP to give up piece of their profit and raise expensive .

So untill your goverment will have no balls to set up some new law, you will not see anything new :)
