P38 and NiK going vert?

wtf is with the P38 and the Nik going vertical on takeoff?   in the 38 you do a dive and lose all engines, and on the nik you lose your landing gear?  i know it happen on a few other planes as well?     you do get good alt with the vertical take off :)

If you use manual trim, the P38's trim is set full positive to allow you to climb out easier. Is this what you're talking about?

no i have everything set to default and when i take off my plane goes straight up and then hits the runway and then up again....  looks funny but is a bad bug.
