Had 3 yesterday, only one I can recall what happened:

Was wounded and low in a P40 was not blacked out at the time, in a scissors with an FM2 just as I died it appeared as though I may have collided with the FM2, have no confirmation from other pilot, just as I died bang to desktop.

Yes, having about 1 per hour or two of play.

I also noticed my video memory useage increases slowly over the same time frame.   Once it gets above 90 Mb (of 128 Meg card) things go wacky.

Watch for this memory bleed issue with the frame rate monitor.   Under frame rate, you can watch the memory useage.
