I don't think 32MB would cut it. You really want 128MB and I guess you should stay away from ATI (radeon cards). They seem to have trouble with the game -- there's a problem once your video memory gets too high and they seem to get high fast (as near as I can infer). Naturally that's exactly what I have.

To limit CTDs, I reduced my graphic detail to 256 from 512. This brought my initial Video Mem Usage down from ~60MB to around 20MB. By the time I logged off I was over 40MB.

I'm sure someone can suggest a good video card for you.

Hey man! Yeah I'll be on soon. I do have a 128 meg gegorce 5200. Just worried about the rest of my specs. not even at home right now. Should be on by this weekend. the 32 meg I was refering to was in the minimum system requirments posted by HTC.

There are a fair amout who are able to run on 32meg card. Just don't expect the same look as with a better card.

The reported 0 frame rate was with my system before upgrades (16 meg video card and 128 ram). Upgrades included a geforce 5200 128 meg, and more ram. SHould be on this weekend.

Im using a ATI Raeon 9600pro and AH2 Runs smooth as silk for me, Frames are pretty much in the 70s.

Iv also got an older computer that will run it on a Nvidia Devastor 32mb card, but frames are in 20s.

Any Decent Video Card sould run AH2. ATI or Nvidia

I just bought a Radeon 9800 Pro..2500+ AMD Processor...512 DDR FSB 400 Ram..New Power Supply and a new Motherboard. After getting all that together my joystick boke before I could play.

All that said the Radeon 9800 card seems to be fine. I run around 70+ frames most of the time til I get in a huge furball or there are buffs around. I have no idea really how to tweak it other than I have it set at the performance levels in the game instead of the eye candy settings. There maybe a ton of things I could tweak to make it work even better.

I'd say after the 850.00 plus I spent to play this AHII (which I really enjoy) that the current system specs posted on the HTC page..is..to say the least.......

I'm running an ancient AMD athelon 800, 256 megs of ram, and a geforce 5200 128 meg card. Frame rates average 40, but fluctuate between 20 and 55-60.

156mb memory

and somehow i still manage to get kills
