This post was brung up a while ago. One of the somebody said Hitect said no. Cause guys can just turn there gamma up and they will be able to turn night time into daytime. Which would give them  advantage over a person who stays at nighttime.

1. Yes, I did bring up night a while ago and everyone complained about how they hate it.

Hitech said something about adding searchlights and has hinted at it several times. That would be tottally awsome.

As far as lights on the planes I dont think that would work. Too many processes but, I could be wrong
