Need Help

Im an idiot when it comes to computers.

Alright i have a 32MB ATI Rage 128 Ultra video card, no idea what kind of 'slot' it's in.
128mb RAM

I get 0 fps when try to play AH2

I found a cheap vid card for $41 - RADEON 9200 SE 128MB

1. If that vid card works in my computer will AH2 run with dual-128MB RAM?
2. How do I know whether or not that card will work in my computer? everyone talks about PCI and APG slots and I dont know what kind I have...
3. can you try and keep it so a simple minded person like myself can understand?

As for the 9200SE, I have the card in another computer (the PCI type, not the AGP). It has a 1 GHz processor, 384 MB RAM and I can play decently off-line with it. But once I get online with multiple planes, smoke at bases, GV's firing and all that, it becomes unplayable sometimes.

Just a heads-up.
