If you select STRAT, identify a base for Strat purposes and then close STRAT, the next time you open it, it will default back to your country's strat. If you do it w/o closing strat, it stays on the base you have chosen. It used to stay always on the base you chose, regardless if strat was closed or not.
Would be nice if it was that way again.
I do like the new sorting options given tho. WTG.
