Having a problem with the D9 skin.
« on: June 22, 2004, 06:08:02 PM »
I was trying to do a D9 skin but for some odd reason the skin doesn't show up. I have done everything in the proper order yet when I go to view the skin, I only see the extra skins that were added to the MA. ANyone else have this happen?

The others d9 skins are numbered as well.

Try renaming the D9 bmp like 4 or 5 (I forget how many d9ds we have already; if there are 4 number it as 5 etc...)

Online skins aren't the same as offline skins, you need to creat a folder in the skins folder named 190d91 and put it in there. Make sure it is in 256 color mode(8 bit indexed color)

I assume he knows that because he has made other skins. However there is already atleast 1 d9 skin, I know I did it :). They still needs to be in the correct number sequence. D1 wont work.

So if there are 4 custom d9s in the game name if he names his D5 it will show up offline for him.

I have run into this same issue after a new skin is dl'd while in the main I go offline to check a custom skin I am working on I have to go back and rename my skin in the next sequential number.

Right as of this moment you need your folder named "190D4", I know this from my Dora project. Don't forget you also need a 1024X1024X8bit bitmap. If any of those numbers are off it wont work.

Let me know if you find out where the spinner is in the artwork will ya?
