low numbers and fog make ct about as much fun as mowing the grass in 98 degree sun

get rid of it or have a smaller portion of it drift around like clouds so we can choose to fight in the soup or not

What? There wasn't a bad day of weather in World War II? :)

It's up to the CT Admin to control it.   I'm experimenting with weather and how it impacts gameplay but don't worry, it'll be not as harse when we're back on schedule.
