Ah2 Good Fights Good Fm

I have noticed with the release of AH2 many threads either condeming it because the flight model is too strange or hard, or like myself applauding it because now I can really make my fighters fly like the books describe. AH2 is great. The flight model lets me find fights and have fun.

No more UFO's. Spits\N1k\LA7 that shoot 20MM out their arses and kill you in the back on merge exit. No more climbing turns where a spit, LA7, or N1K uses the warp 12 up elevator to catch you when you have more E and climbing power in the turn.

Oh,,yeah and E fighters like the Jug, FW, G10,,,when you dive away, you actually out accelerate like you are supposed to. Seems like allota people want to fly in an arcade than read Shaw, or any WW2 air combat history.

So HTC does this mean you will open a "AH2 RR" arena some time soon??:)

Feeling more or less safe at 600yard mark and above, when dragging a fool into a vertical, is probably the greatest thing happened to me AH2.

Now of course, occasionally the spray of bullets does connect and kill, and some experts like Leviathan and co. still can hit up to those ranges, and some planes - the P-38 in particular - are still deadly as ever...

However, compared to AH1, roping is incredibly much safer. Thinking back on how many times I thought to myself "bullshi*!" when I rope an enemy, and they spray from 600+ out and kill me during a vertical... AH2 is paradise for ropers.

to bustr and kweassa et all

I am very happy that the things u like to do in ah2 are working well...for some of us they are not so we complain and yes some of the complaining is not only stupid but mean...i will complain for a couple more times then stop.Flying 26s is what i like to do and the 5 inch cv gun is second.Cant remmember how long i have been in ah Feb. I think.U say in vertical and some one following u used to [ spray] meaning pull trigger and move stick around hoping for hit i take it,well I am sure this has happened many times as the meaning of machine gun is spray. There is no book any where by any one that would say[ I felt safe as we were in vertical and i was pulling away and someone was 600 yards away with a fifty or 20 mm at my  back or even 303s for that matter. To me for about 5 to 10 seconds that is one of the easy shots going.[to long to go into why].There is still plenty of warping going on in here that is part of any game.Arcade ,,no but I have said it before and wiLL maybe 4 more times,IT IS NOT REALISTIC FOR THE FIGHTERS TO TAKE OUT MY 26S AT 1200 YARDS AND IN TO O YARDS YET I CANT HURT THEM UNTIL 400 YARDS AND CLOSER EVEN THOUGH MY HIT RANGE IS NO DIFFERANT THAN AH1 1500 YARDS AND IN.    HI TECH ARE U THERE??? not leaving but YUCK.         DEMAW1
P. S. although this is good fun and draws on a symble of real,   THERE IS NOTHING BUT NOTHING IN NO WAY REALSTIC ABOUT ANY OF THIS,the trick is to find a happy medium.

Not all flight models are improved, or even correct.
