Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider shouldn't have released sealed divorce papers on the senator - against both senator Ryan and his ex's wishes

what choice do they have now about kerrys papers from his 1st marriage?

Well thats what you get for appointing Bo Duke as judge :)

OTOH now we can look into the lives of such value hounds like Rush, Imus, Giuliani, and the like who couldnt hold a marriage together. :)

have a nice day

It wasn't okay then, and it's not okay now, IMHO.

exactly Sandman, what good is a "sealed record" of your personal life if some half wit judge for whatever reason can unseal it

Divorce is public record. Likely nothing juicy in Kerry's divorce though. Still, enquiring minds want to know. ;)

I really dont understand why the judge would release that except for political reasons. If I was the child of that marriage and my mom was humiliated by a judge like that for the whole world. Im affraid I would have to grow up and do something about it.
