I joined a flight of B26s as a gunner and after all three aircraft were shot down I continued to move along the ground without aircraft but with engine noise. Only good thing was that I got 3 delayed kills, but you couldn't land because I was moving! Alt F4 was the only way to exit, the .unjoin command didn't work.

You should have been able to click on the Tower on the clipboard still?

Nope, as I mentioned, unable to land because it kept saying I was moving. Tried Tower, End Flight, Unjoin command, even tried joining someone else to see if it would end the flight. Alt F4 was the only way of ending the flight.

Seem to remember a similar bug quite awhile ago in AH1.
