Last night I practiced ack from a field gun in CT as I usually do between battles. I take advantage of the killshooter
Knowing that shooting allies will eventually kill me, and that they should not hear a thing ... i.e. ping, I don't bother to tell the 'victim' I am using him as a target. .:
But, surprise. last night two of my targets suddenly decided to take the gun -me- out - . Dimwit as I am I played along till it hit me, why are they shooting at me ?
I got into a conversation with my second target & found out that I had damaged him - oh no.
So it's a double bug - first, one hit should have killed the fighter - a navy plane - and second, I should have gotten damaged, not him.
Worse, my first target left and I cannot find him to apologize.:eek
I then tried it out with my squadmates, to see if I could nail the bug further, to no avail - killshooter worked fine.
Maybe this could be corrected, strange as it is. Sorry I cannot give a closer description as I quit practicing and won't do so, for a while at least
