Starting pay is crap in Massachusetts, and most schools are forcing veterns into retirement so they can replace them with cheaper rookies outta college. The associaton prolly had jack to do with this girls diploma. Most likely it was a knee jerk reaction from an adminstrator. I should know; i was suspended my junior year for writing a scathing email from home to friends about a new teacher i had and after the aclu showed up they had to remove the suspensiion from my record.
