Redesigned the texture management system for better performance and to remove some bugs
from that system. It will be normal for your video memory display to show less memory
used than what you have available. You should not take this to mean that max texture size
can be increased over the default without incurring performance issues. We do not recommend
running a max texture size more than one setting greater than the default. If increasing
your max texture size results in performance issues, you will need to reset it to the
default setting.
Max texture size can now only be selected in the video options menu at the title screen
and not in-game.
