I've just installed an Audigy 2 ZS sound card and can't get vox to work in the game. Vox works in windows, testing it out in DxDiag to make sure it worked in Windows. Upgraded the drivers to the most recent version as well.

All that anyone hears when I try to use vox is static and I've enable and disabled Wave In in the game with no results.

Anyone else have this sound card and was able to get vox to work?

My system is:
AMD Athalon 2800+
512megs RAM
Audigy 2 ZS soundcard
Geforce 3 Ti 200 128meg
Win98SE

I have the pro version working fine, similar system to yours but with XP

Had similar prob when I upgraded from sb5.1 to aud2zs.
Prob was in multimedia props.
Had to check select box under mic under recording, and make sure 20db boost is checked as well.

Solved my prob.

Thanks blackfalcon, it worked. Got home and did what you suggested and now can torment my squaddies and any unlucky bastard within range with my singing.
